„Stayed here for a week with the the whole family (two kids under 10 and five adults). The house was exactly what we expected and great for our trip. We especially loved the location just down the street from the beach and sound. We made most of our own meals while staying, utilizing both the kitchen and the Blackstone (though my husband notes the attached side pieces on the grill get hot so he needed a side table for plates). „Close to water and a few restaurants. Hot tub was well maintained and home had everything we needed for our two day stay. Would recommend to friends and family.“

„Overall we had a great stay. The house is older and has weathered some storms but is fairly nice and served us well. Be prepared for lots of steps, which I'm sure is the case in any large beach house. We had 2 toddlers under 2 so it was a challenge to keep them off the steps. The gate from the top deck to the outside stairs desperately need to be replaced and some of the older deck furniture needs to be replaced but overall things were in pretty good shape. „Arrived for the visit on a motorcycle on a misty day a couple hours early while waiting for my family to check the location. The homeowner was there finishing the clean and she allowed me to park my bike in the carport and have the property early.property has a nice sitting both inside and out. Only downside to the property is that the bedrooms do not have access directly to common area. back bedroom access is either through front bedroom or bath.“

„Wonderful beach charm cottage. Very relaxing. Well stocked. Nice TP and Paper towels provided along with dish soap, a new kitchen sponge. Shampoo, body wash and hair conditioner were supplied too. The location is VG. Pride of ownership shows. A little tough on doggie paws due to sand burrs, and thorns in nearby growing vines. But, that’s the nature of beach vegetation.“

„My friends and I rented Jen and Joe’s lovely home for one night and it was such a wonderful experience. The house is easy to find, easy to check in and the hosts are incredibly responsive and kind. When you walk in the home smells clean and is tastefully decorated. We used their well stocked kitchen to cook dinner and enjoyed coffee on the screened in deck. Their king sized bed was so soft and comfortable. All in all we had an amazing time and will definitely book with Jen and Joe again. “

„We had a wonderful stay in this apartment! Top and furnished with a lot of love. Coffee, tea, water, shampoo etc. were sufficiently available. The backyard was sunny and perfect for a barbecue. We would gladly book again!“

"Es war bereits unser dritter Aufenthalt im John Yanceys. Wir waren zu jederzeit sehr zufrieden. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war wieder sehr schön, wie beschrieben und auch sehr sauber. Wir nehmen housekeeping eher seltener in Anspruch, konnten aber zu jederzeit Handtücher austauschen und neuen Kaffee erhalten. Ebenso fanden wir den vorhandenen Besen und Fegeblech sehr nützlich für den täglichen Bedarf. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder! Herzlichen Dank ans Team für die wunderschöne Zeit. "

"Ich fand die Unterkunft super da sie sehr zentral zum Strand ist und das ist was ich wollte. Ich war für eine Nacht dort um einfach mal den Strand zu genießen und die Tour nach Corolla mit den Wildpferden zu machen. Wäre auch gern noch zwei oder drei Nächte geblieben. Hotel sehr zentral, kleiner Pool, mir wurde auch direkt zugesagt dass ich etwas eher einchecken kann. War alles unkompliziert und schnell."
