Villetta
Donna Mara is a fully fenced property, with double entrance gates for
cars and outdoor spaces pertaining to each unit. There are also two
verandas, one front and one rear.
Up to two cars can be parked
along the driveway. In the garden there is a shaded veranda furnished
with a sofa, table and chairs for relaxing, dining and al fresco dining.
From the entrance to the house, immediately to the left is 1 double bedroom with ceiling fans. A small hallway leads to 2 air-conditioned double bedrooms and the full bathroom. Finally, at the end is the eat-in kitchen, from which you can exit onto a small terrace.
A few steps lead to the back veranda, equipped with an outdoor shower and brick barbecue.

cottage is located in a quiet and residential area of San Pietro in
Bevagna, in the Torre Borraco locality, about 700 meters from the free
and sandy beach, ideal for families with children.
The beach of
San Pietro in Bevagna is characterized by its crystal-clear waters and
shallow, sandy seabed. The cottage is only 11 km from Manduria, a town
renowned for its food and wine excellence and home of Primitivo wine.
San
Pietro in Bevagna with Torre Borraco is nestled between Campomarino di
Maruggio, Torre Colimena and the Foce del Fiume Chidro Nature Reserve.
The coastline stretches for about 15 km, including Torre Borraco and the
river of the same name.
The mouths of the Chidro and Borraco
rivers are a destination for many bathers because of their extraordinary
crystal-clear waters that remain cool even during the hottest summer
days.
Among rocks, sand and pristine sea, the cottage is the ideal place to spend peaceful vacations surrounded by nature.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditioning not available in every bedroom.
