In the space in front of the entrance there is a veranda of
exclusive relevance, furnished with table and chairs for pleasant
outdoor lunches and dinners. Each two-room apartment has an entrance
into a living room furnished with table and chairs, single sofa bed, and kitchenette.
A small hallway leads to the quadruple bedroom, furnished with double bed + bunk sofa bed, and to the full shower room .

The residence in which the studio apartment for rent is located on the seafront of Torre Colimena,
a seaside resort on the Manduria coastline famous for its salt pans and
pink flamingos. All the main services are present in summer.
The nearest beach is just 250 meters away. The Salina dei Monaci beach, where the sea is crystal blue and the sand forms high, soft dunes, is just 1 km away and can be reached with a short walk


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditioning in the corridor.
- Shared washing machine.
