The Space:
Our 2 bed flat is spacious and central!

With the layout as follows.

Bedroom 1 - 2x Single beds and Ensuite with shower
Bedroom 2 - 1x Double bed
Living room - 1x King size sofa bed

Guest Access:
You’ll have full, private access to the entire property for the duration of your stay.

Check-in is from 3PM and check-out is by 11AM. If you’d like an early check-in or late check-out, just let us know - we can often accommodate for a small additional fee. You can conveniently check yourself in, and we’ll send all the details ahead of your arrival.

You’ll receive a digital guidebook with all the key information you need for your stay, including WiFi details, parking instructions, and how everything works in the property.

You’ll also find our handpicked recommendations for the best places to eat, drink, and explore – complete with handy links so you can book ahead and make the most of every moment.

The Neighborhood:
Northern Quarter is a central area bursting with restaurants and cafes. Browse record shops, independent stores and arts boutiques, spotting street art and murals en route. Walk 5 minutes to Market Street, the start of the shopping district.

Getting Around:
We're in a central location so nothing is far away. You can reach everywhere by foot unless you're heading out of the city to somewhere like Old Trafford. You can easily hop on the tram to and head direct to the stadium.

We're a 15 minute walk from Piccadilly train station & our nearest tram stop is 3 minutes away on Market Street
