"Freundlicher Empfang und problemloser Check-In an der hilfsbereiten und auskunftsfreudigen Rezeption. Die Appartments waren sehr schön dekoriert und sind modern gestaltet. Von einem der beiden Appartments hatte man vom Balkon einen schönen Ausblick auf die Petronas Twin Towers. Sauberkeit war top und die Austattung inkl. Bademänteln sehr gut. Einzig der Wasserspender lieferte beim Schneeflockensymbol kein kaltes, sondern warmes Wasser, was aber angeblich so sein soll… Empfehlung also Wasser zapfen und dann im großen Kühlschrank kaltstellen. Auch der Pool im 46. Stock ist schön, wobei ich mir hier gewünscht hätte, dass dort Badetücher bereitgestellt würden, damit man nicht die Handtücher aus em Appartment nutzen muss. Insgesamt aber sehr empfehlenswert! "

"Ausser dass der Check-in immer etwas langwierig ist, ist alles ausgezeichnet. Das was man von einem 5* Hotel erwarten darf, wird in jeder Hinsicht geboten. Eine Gebühr für das Parkieren des Motorrads nahe dem Eingang von 40 RM pro Tag, musste ich allerdings noch in keinem Einzigen andern Hotel in MY bezahlen! Getrenntes Recycling im Zimmer, wird jedoch vom Houskeeping alles in einem Behälter entsorgt 😂. "

"Frühstück war sehr gut mit viel Auswahl. Bei uns war am 2 Tag der Safe defekt wurde sofort getauscht. Sehr angenehm. Das Hotel liegt an 2 Metrolinien von wo man alles erreicht."

"A Perfect Holiday – It Doesn’t Get Any Better! We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, which truly deserves its 5 stars. Everything was perfectly organized, spotless, and thoughtfully designed, making us feel completely at home from the very beginning. The entire team was incredibly warm and attentive. We’d especially like to mention Mr. Praba, the manager, who personally ensured that all our wishes were fulfilled. His dedication and the professionalism of the entire staff were truly remarkable. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was outstanding, and great care was taken to make sure families with children felt welcome. The hotel is absolutely child-friendly, which was very important to us. Breakfast was a real highlight. There was a huge selection, and we had the option to dine in two different restaurants – one offering Asian specialties and the other serving American-style breakfast. A delight for every taste! Another great feature was the buggy service, which made it easy and comfortable to get to our room or any other area of the hotel. The pools were immaculately clean, and there were plenty of loungers, so we always had a spot to relax. All in all, it was an absolutely perfect holiday. We’re already looking forward to our next stay and would like to extend a big thank you to the entire team once again!"
