"The apartment itself was acceptable inside, but cleanliness was clearly lacking. The building and surrounding area looked extremely run-down – more like Chernobyl than a vacation property. There was an active construction site directly beneath our balcony, causing constant noise and disruption. Most concerning was the balcony railing: the bars had an approximate 15 cm gap, which is a serious safety hazard for small children – they could easily fall through. This is completely unacceptable. I cannot recommend this accommodation. PS: There are a lot of mosquitoes and no mosquito nets!"

"Ein stilvolles und perfektes Ferienhaus für einen fantastischen Aufenthalt ! ! ! Das Haus liegt (mit Fahrzeugen) gut erreichbar im kleinen Ort und der Strand ist nur eine Minute zu Fuß entfernt. Mit genügend Schlaf- und Badezimmern ist die Villa ideal auch für größere Gruppen. Wohnraum und Küche sind voll ausgestattet. Der Außenbereich mit Pool und Liegeflächen, Terrasse und Grillplatz läßt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Highlight ist jedoch Carlo als Gastgeber - He's the Man ! immer erreichbar, unglaublich hilfsbereit und freundlich"

"Wir waren insgesamt 2 Wochen in der Villa Pinna und hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit.Das Haus ist wirklich sehr groß, schön eingerichtet, es ist toll ausgestattet und das absolute Highlight war der Pool.Die Kommunikation hier und auch Vorort waren super und wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.Absolute Weiterempfehlung."

"I was staying for three nights at the hotel in a standard double room. The hotel is very nice. Everything is very clean. The hotel has a bar, a restaurant, an elevator and terraces with a view over the bay and beach and a swimming pool. Staff is very friendly and helpfull. The hotel is very close to the beach. Maladroxia itself is very small. There seemed to be no supermarkets. For shopping you have to take a 10 minute drive to Sant Antioco. I have nothing to complain and can recommend the hotel."
