„The Nouveau has pleasant and mostly new facilities. There is a lot of construction ongoing (often until very late > 2200 at night) - unfortunately, with very little attention towards the guests. The service is appaling. We reported a stuck and leaking toilet the first night into our stay, were assure that it was fixed, just to run into the same issue again the next night and the night after. „I loved this property so much. They staff was so professional and friendly. The property was gorgeous and in a great location. The food was so so good too. surprisingly good because everything is made in house. It tasted like they brought in a top tier chef just for this little resort. My girlfriend and I kept on getting room service because we enjoyed everything we ate so much.
