The property is at approximately 2900’ elevation with a paved access road (no 4-wheel drive necessary) and a brand new concrete driveway. Ole Hickory, an authentic cabin, is one story (only a couple of steps onto the porch for those needing easy access) and features all the modern conveniences including a gas fireplace and an indoor, two-person, jetted bathtub to soak away your worries after a long day of hiking, skiing, white water rafting, fishing, shopping, a round of golf at the country club, or just cruising along the Blue Ridge Parkway. The large, wrap-around deck and firepit area are perfect for taking in the winter views of the Smoky mountains and the award-winning golf resort below. The large, fenced-in yard is perfect for your small dog. Sleeping arrangements include a king bed in the owner's suite, a queen bed in the second bedroom, a queen sleeper sofa and a twin sleeper sofa in the living room. We also have Smart and Roku tvs with ESPN +, Netflix, Disney +, Hulu, etc. Ole Hickory is under brand new ownership, and the new owners are committed to providing guests with a clean and comfortable stay. • A paying parent (or an adult 21 and over) must stay at your property on a non-holiday Sunday through Thursday night prior to receiving a voucher for one child 17 and under to ski the following day, a non-holiday Monday through Friday.
• The accompanying adult is required to purchase a full price adult non-holiday Monday through Friday slope pass to qualify for this promotion. Present the children’s voucher at a Cataloochee Ski Area ticket sales window at time of purchase, or at time of pick-up when pass has been pre-purchased.
