This business hub has no shortage of food options, green space, and cocktail bars right outside your front door. With its generous layout, modern amenities, and inviting beach design theme, Arzano offers you a comfortable and stylish retreat for your stay in the city. Boasting an expansive 152 square meters, Arzano provides an abundance of space for both relaxation and productivity. The apartment features four bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed to ensure your utmost comfort. The master bedroom comes complete with a queen-size bed, a dedicated workstation, and a convenient walk-in closet.

Another bedroom also features a queen-size bed and a dedicated workstation, providing you with a cozy space to catch up on work or leisure activities. The remaining two bedrooms offer additional queen-size beds, making Arzano an ideal choice for groups or families traveling together. In addition to the bedrooms, Arzano features a versatile office space, equipped with a dedicated workstation. This space is perfect for those who need a quiet area to focus or work remotely during their stay. Arzano is equipped with three bathrooms, one of which boasts a relaxing bathtub – the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploration or business meetings.

The heart of the apartment is the spacious living room, which offers a blend of entertainment and functionality. Here, you'll find a full entertainment system for movie nights and relaxation. A dedicated workstation is also provided, ensuring you have a comfortable space to catch up on emails or work tasks. Connected to the living room is the dining area, complete with a table where you can gather for meals or engage in engaging conversations.

The fully furnished kitchen is a chef's haven, featuring modern appliances and ample counter space for meal preparation. The beach design theme is thoughtfully incorporated throughout the apartment, bringing a sense of relaxation and tranquility to your surroundings. While most of the apartment features air conditioning to keep you comfortable during your stay, please note that one bedroom does not have this feature. *We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract.

*We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund requests related to these two issues.

*Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Inquire with a sales agent for any questions or doubts.

To comply with local regulations and ensure a smooth check-in process, all guests are required to provide a valid ID before their stay.
This property requires a refundable security deposit. The amount will be requested separately at the moment of booking, as indicated during the booking process.
