„The Coco Casita was cute and clean. The price we paid for the Eclipse stay was astronomical, but we waited until April to book. The regular price seems reasonable for a roomy one-bedroom, nicely and newly renovated. There is a Weber charcoal grill, but needs some grilling tools (at least tongs). The backyard fence has a few too many holes for privacy in the hottub, although there really isn't anyone around. The kitchenette is handy, though some dish soap for the dishes is needed. „It is a very nice property but one that is only good for a couple to stay or with little kids. Property contracts were nice enough to respond immediately when the AC unit didn’t turn on initially and work. They gave us extra blankets when requested as it got colder in the night. So excellent customer service, communication, clean, cute & cozy property for sure. Definitely did not work for 4 adults to sleep. The loft was too tiny and difficult to crawl for even a teenager.
