„We adored our stay and wish we had more time to spend here. What a wonderful country setting in a traditional B &B. Beautiful chapel views from our room which also overlooked a sweet field with sheep. We were welcomed at the door and bid goodbye personally. The cooked to order breakfast was wonderful and thoughtfully prepared and laid out. We would love to return if we are lucky enough to do so. True gem!!! Suzie and Wes from Oregon.“

„People leave a 1 star or 5 star review for everything these days, so I see ratings like this and think “yeah, right”. Well, this time it was right… virtually flawless from start to finish. Plenty of spacious parking spaces. My host found the rate balance between friendly and not overly familiar. I was arriving late so I was sensibly put by the front door, presumably to not disturb other guests. The room was immaculate. „There’s good and not quite as good aspects..Lovely sized room and bathroom with fantastic outlook, but smelt a bit damp almost like wet carpet that hadn’t dried properly. Very spacious bathroom with bath and shower, but a sensor turns on the lights so in the middle of the night if you visit the bathroom the whole bathroom lights up like a summers day. Bed really comfy and unusually firm pillows, perfect for me. And Alexa in the bedroom is a nice touch. Really peaceful (until the geese start 😁) ...

„An absolute gem situated very close to all the amenities Leamington Spa has to offer. We received a wonderful warm welcome from Hannah and told to treat it as our own home and come and go as we pleased. Martha greeted us on the first morning and cooked us a fabulous breakfast. First class from start to finish“

„The hotel is not exactly new but it is fine for the prices charged. The staff members were excellent, being centrally located, the hotel is easily accessible from any part of town and ideal for people visiting the nearby universities like the Leicester university. Overall, the place is good and value for money and the management is keen on refurbishing it.“
