The amenities are good: smaller cooler, beach towels (though a couple extra would be nice) beach chairs, ceiling fan and good ac in the bedroom, blender etc. Internet was reliable and good (able to stream and Facetime without issue) One thing, not private at all, you will be sharing a balcony with the larger unit next door. Also the beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler were very useful for our daily beach trips. Outdoor shower and washer and dryer were really convenient!
