The house is subdivided into 3 apartments which are not internally connected but are rented altogether only as a single rental. The largest apartment has a large living area (lounge, dining area and kitchen) which can accommodated all guests together at the same time.
The location of this villa allows guests to easily visit central Italy’s major cities of art such as Arezzo, Siena, Florence, Cortona and areas such as Chianti, the Val d’Orcia and Maremma.
Available to guests: private swimming pool (12 x 6 m - depth 1.5 m), private and furnished garden, barbecue area, outdoor area complete with table and chairs for dining. The building has Wi-Fi internet, a ping-pong table, pool table and foosball table as well as a room with a washing machine. Children’s cot and highchair are available.
