„The hotel and its facilities are adequate but a bit dated. Food was average but good value for money. Outlook over the Broad is fantastic and makes the venue very special. The last remaining fried egg at breakfast was not cuttable without special tools. On request it was quickly replaced with two new ones which were perfect (don't wait for the request next time)“

„The hotel is in a beautiful location just a short walk from the Centre of Oulton Broad where there is a lovely park, in interesting museum (with free entry) and a few pubs and restaurants. You can also take a boat trip from here. We highly recommend the food at the hotel, our evening meal and breakfast were both excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful.“

„we had a big room with a giant bathroom. everything realy clean. the only thing that was a bit disturbing was the squeeke elevator you never know if he realy will get it to the next floor. wonderfull restaurant with beautifull seaview. if you can ask for a seaview room, unfortunately for us, they where sold out. direct access from the basement via a verry nice garden to the seafront.“
