"Die Mitarbeiter im Speiseraum waren sehr freundlich, die an der Rezeption jedoch nicht- ich fühlte mich nicht beachtet, nicht willkommen. Keine Empfehlungen, keine individuelle Begrüßung- nur Geld abziehen, Karte geben und that‘s it. Kein Preis / Leistungs Verhältnis. "

"After staying at the Crowne Plaza for the past 19 years and the last time 6 years ago it was again renovated. But it looks like kind of sloppy, and some of the Design choices were nauseating ( look at the picts). But the room was clean, the bathroom brand new. The new restaurant, Al‘s Table was better than the one before, but a bit understaffed. An experience you find also elsewhere. Food was fine, only the Cornbread, a southern staple, was underwhelming. Friendly service, at Dinner time a bit hectic for the reasons mentioned before. Three and a half stars ***1/2* "
