„Had problems with getting into property, code would not work and could not get in touch with anyone, had to sit outside of property for a while before some one finally got in touch with us. Finally had to use key to access property. Also contacted about a month before arrival for changing dates to stay said it would not be a problem, but i got charged for the extra day, they said they would look into it never heard a word. Not real happy.“

„We enjoyed the stay. The home is so close and convenient to all things UofL. It was definitely a plus that sheets and towels were provided. I wish the kitchen was better equipped with cookware and other kitchen essentials (silverware, pans, pots, aluminum foil, ziplock bags, etc), because I was hoping to cook my son some home cooked meals while visiting, but the lack of cookware prevented us from doing that.
