„Found a roach in our room within about 5 minutes of being thetr. Immediately went to the front desk to get a refund on the room wirh the dead roach in hand and even have a photo of said roach as well. The front desk person seemed apologetic but said we had to call expedia for the refund. I was not in the mood to play games so we simply checked out about 10 minutes after being there at that point. We then went to the Radisson in Barranquilla, which is a fantastic hotel and I definitely recommend ...

„The inside was nice and it looks like it was remodeled, but that’s where it ends. The area practically shuts down around 8 PM, and when I tried to call for an Uber, not one came to the location. There was no restaurant, nor a grocery store open within the vicinity, and after 8 PM, it was very scary. Maybe I should’ve checked out another location within Barranquilla, where there was much more amenities than this.“

„The space was pretty good for the price, that said, I it's not a brand name or "normal" hotel, and it shows. Lot of information needed to be sent by Whatsapp after booking, checkout was fairly disorganized, the entry hallway is used for storage and doesn't give you a great first impression.
