„The trip to our favorite location , Santa Cruz , was AWSOME . The weather was perfect, the location of the home , perfect . One huge setback was Construction at each house on either side of this house. We arrived on Friday afternoon to construction trucks on both sides of the driveway with considerable construction noise. „Absolutely loved this place. The “beach” area down at the river bed was amazing. Slept like a baby. Very peaceful. NO BUGS! Great host. A lot to do in the area and not that far away from San Francisco or Monterey. “

„Wir waren auf Geschäftsreise und hatten ein komfortables Appartement in einer ganz neuen Anlage. Eine späte Anreise war nach einer kurzen E-mail problemlos möglich, genaue Anweisungen gab es ebenfalls per E-mail ein paar Tage vor der Anreise. Lediglich auf die 100USD Endreinigung hätte etwas deutlicher hingewiesen werden können.“

„This property is located in the beautiful hills above Santa Cruz. The setting on a creek is gorgeous. The cabins are small but clean and have an outside seating area. The host, Emkay, is awesome!“

„Loved the location of this property. It was walking distance to the beach, shopping, and dining. We had plenty of room for five adults. Shower was very tiny. Had a hard time getting hair wet it was so short. A downfall was that no linens are provided, but works out ok, just don’t forget. Would love to stay here again!!“

„We enjoyed a family get together with grown children and grandchildren scattered across the state. So much to see and do: Beach, Boardwalk, Pier shops and restaurants, Roaring Camp trains and hiking, Monterey Bay Aquarium. “

„Although this property is a very small condo bedrooms right next to each other not good for couples. It’s great for families. Everything you need is there and you really are right in front of the ocean. The neighbors were friendly a few simple restaurants in walking distance and the whales were amazing. Parking can be a little rough, but I would definitely come to this property again it’s not the most inexpensive, but it’s definitely worth it.“

„We love this house. It is 1/2 block from the beach with lots of places to walk to. Tide pools are at the end of 16th Ave. We all go our seperate ways during the day, but come together for dinner. Plenty of room for all of us to eat together. However, we noticed the smoke detectors were missimg upstairs. Looking forward to renting again next year. “
