Pool heating is extra $250.00 per day
Jacuzzi water heater is free for the first two hours & then $75.00 each usage.

We supply the following essentials in starter quantities only (sufficient for up to 3 days):

Shampoo and conditioner
Body wash
Dishwashing detergent
Laundry detergent
Trash bags
Tissue and paper towels

Additional supplies beyond this period must be provided by the guest.


💦 Jacuzzi can be heated one time free for 2 hours , after that it`s $75 per 2 hours

This is a Guard Gated Community. I will allow access to all the guests. There will be a pass issued to the vehicle that they will be driving in for the amount of days that the guests will be staying at the property.
HOUSE RULES: Quiet hours are 10 PM–7 AM. Check-out is 10 AM. No indoor smoking/vaping. Maximum 1 approved pet. Additional guests require prior approval. No parties or unauthorized commercial filming. Do not move furniture or damage property. Starter supplies last ~3 days; additional supplies are guest-provided. Monthly rental cap is $150 for 30 nights. Respect neighbors’ privacy, follow occupancy limits, and report damage promptly. Guests may be responsible for documented damages or additional costs where permitted by Airbnb policies and applicable law. Thank you for your cooperation!
