● Strict NO SMOKING and NO PARTYING policy throughout the property
● Violation of the policy may result in eviction and a penalty of up to $1,000
● No Parties: Enjoy our space quietly. Parties and loud gatherings are strictly prohibited out of consideration for neighbors.
● No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the apartment or building premises for the health and comfort of all guests.
● Please send a copy of your ID in advance so we may verify your identity and help you have a faster and smoother check-in on the day of your arrival
● Respectful Treatment: Treat the apartment with care as your own. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
