This spacious and elegant home features two master bedrooms and four additional bedrooms, providing ample space for up to 14 guests. All bedrooms are thoughtfully designed with four queen beds and three twin beds, ensuring a restful night's sleep for everyone. The home boasts a fully equipped kitchen, multiple living areas for relaxation and entertainment, and a spacious backyard with a large pool, perfect for soaking up the California sun.

Guests have full access to the entire home, ensuring complete privacy and a seamless stay.

Other things to note
No smoking: Strict no smoking policy for both indoor and outdoor areas.

No parties: Parties and events are not allowed. We want to be good neighbors and not disturb anyone around us.

Parking: 2 parking spaces in the driveway with ample street parking available.

Heated Pool: Pool heating is available upon request for an additional $120 per night, to cover the gas cost. This fee is not included in the rental rate. To ensure a warm and comfortable swim, please note that the pool takes at least 12-18 hours to reach temperatures above 80°F. For this reason, we kindly ask that you request pool heating in advance, preferably at the time of booking. To maintain the best experience for our guests, all pool equipment, including the heater, is managed exclusively by our team.
