Gut: Sauberkeit und Zustand der Unterkunft
Overall, the hotel was good, but given the price, it felt quite outdated. The rooms could definitely benefit from a more modern renovation. In fact, during my stay, there was renovation work happening in the lobby area — something that had not been mentioned at the time of booking! This kind of information should absolutely be communicated to guests in advance.
The staff were all very kind and extremely helpful. The location was good, and the rooms were clean. However, there was a slightly unusual smell in the hallway on my floor.
One important note: rooms with a view of the Hollywood sign are a bit more expensive. The view actually overlooks the Hollywood Hills, which is beautiful from the higher floors, but you can barely see the Hollywood sign itself because it’s so far away.
