This property offers off-street parking in the designated driveway area. Please ensure all vehicles are parked within the marked parking space(s) provided.
Note: Street parking is not allowed in front of the house and is not permitted by the County. To avoid tickets, fines, or towing, all cars must remain in the designated off-street parking area at all times.

POOL & SPA RULES + HEATER INSTRUCTIONS:
Pool & Spa Care
> The pool and spa are professionally serviced every Friday and before your arrival.
> Spa heating is complimentary.
> Pool heating is $100 per day and must be added for the full duration of your stay.
> Pool heating requires at least 24 hours to reach temperature.
> Pool heating cannot be prorated.
> Please notify us in advance if you would like pool heating added to your reservation.
Important Operating Notes:
> The pool and spa cannot be heated at the same time.
> If you turn on the spa, pool heating will automatically stop.
> After using the spa, the system must be switched back to pool mode if continued pool heating is desired.
> All pool controls are located in the backyard behind the garage.
> The valves MUST be turned back to the pool position after each spa use. If not returned, the pool will not properly filter.
> Do not tamper with pool or spa equipment beyond the instructions below.
Safety Reminder:
> Children must be supervised at all times.
> There is no fence and no lifeguard on duty.
> Use the pool and spa at your own risk.
SPA INSTRUCTIONS (To Use the Hot Tub)
> Press “Quick Clean.”
> Turn the two black valves to the left (spa position).
> Turn ON the heater.
> Turn ON the blower (flip the blower switch down).
RETURN TO POOL MODE (After Using the Spa)
> Turn OFF the heater.
> Turn OFF the blower (flip the blower switch up).
> Turn the two black valves to the right (pool position).
> Leave the pump as is — it will automatically return to the regular pool program within 2 hours.
> Always return the valves to pool mode after each use to ensure proper water filtration.
Vendors & Maintenance:
> Landscaping, pool, and spa are professionally serviced regularly.
> Vendors may access the backyard only during your stay.
> Typical service day: Friday or as needed due to weather.
Quiet Hours & Neighbor Policy
> Located in a quiet residential neighborhood.
> Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM.
> No outdoor music or disruptive noise during quiet hours.
> Failure to comply may result in reservation cancellation without refund.
Noise Monitoring
> The home is equipped with decibel monitoring sensors inside and outside.
> These monitor noise levels only (not conversations).
> Tampering with the device may result in additional charges or loss of deposit.
Sound System
> The Sonos sound system is disabled during your stay to comply with county regulations.
