Located in the Encinal Bluffs area of Malibu, this coastal neighborhood offers direct beach access, Pacific Ocean views, and a peaceful residential setting. Enjoy easy access to Zuma Beach, Point Dume, and scenic drives along the Pacific Coast Highway, with nearby dining, hiking trails, and shopping in Malibu.
Getting Around:
There are 2 onsite parking spots in the driveway and more are located in the carport. Please make sure to pull all the way forward in the driveway.
Note: Street parking is allowed on the Pacific Coast Highway and there is no permit required. Please be sure to keep all cars parked in designated parking spots in order to avoid tickets, fines, and/or towing of vehicles.

FAMILY & PETS:
We are family and dog friendly! Children 2 years old and above must be included as part of the total guest count. Please send us your dog's breed and age when booking. We do require a $100 per pet fee and ask that you agree to our pet policy. We offer dog beds and dog bowls available for your convenience. Please keep pets off of all furniture including sofas and bedding, to minimize the risk of additional cleaning charges or unforeseen accidents or damages. Please be sure to pick up after your pet and dispose of waste in the proper garbage bins located near the driveway. Please see our House Rules for more information.
EXTRA GUESTS:
Guest count must not exceed the occupancy of the property. Keep in mind there is an added $100/night (plus booking fees & taxes) per guest for additional guests if approved. Any day guests must be approved prior to arrival. Day guests must leave by 10pm and are limited to a total of 4 guests. Children are considered as part of the total guest count.
BEACH RULES:
Although it is a private beach we are still abiding by the rules of California public state beaches. It is swim at your risk, there is no lifeguard on duty and the beach is closed at sundown. While the beach is a very fun place please be aware at the high and low tide and check your weather app for more information each time you go to the beach.
VENDORS:
Please note that the home is serviced before and after every arrival and departure. During extended stays, our technicians service the exterior of the property on a regular basis to maintain our home and yard. They will not enter the home but need to access the backyard. Landscaping and gardening service is on Fridays or on an as-needed basis based on weather demands.
PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL OF OUR NEIGHBORS! We are in a quiet, residential neighborhood. Please follow our County’s Good Neighbor Policy of no outside noise after 10pm and before 8am. Guests must refrain from any outdoor music, noise, or other disruptions that may cause a disturbance to the community during quiet hours. Failure to respect quiet hours may result in the cancellation of your reservation without a refund.
RESPECT:
There are strict county ordinances regarding excessive noise and light pollution after 10pm. Please respect our neighbors, and refrain from loud noises and outdoor music by 10pm. The home is equipped with a decibel monitoring sensor located inside and outside of the home to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. CHERISH:
Some of the things visitors to Malibu cherish the most are the abundance of wildlife and fauna. Cigarette butts, trash and food left on the ground can hurt our precious ecosystem.
CLEANING:
Health & safety is our number one priority. Our in-house cleaning team is trained on CDC and WHO protocols. We take extra measures to ensure the home is sanitized and safe before every arrival. For this reason, we aren’t able to offer early check-ins or late check-outs. Thank you for understanding!
PHOTOSHOOTS & VIDEOS:
If you’re interested in doing a photoshoot or video shoot for commercial/business use, please share the details of your project ahead of time. You MUST get approval beforehand! If approved, we have an additional fee for licensing and usage. Photoshoots for your personal social media accounts are welcomed!
WILDLIFE:
You’re surely guaranteed to encounter wildlife on your stay including families of crustaceans and crabs. In the water you might be able to see dolphins and other fish swimming by. Please make sure to close all doors and that you are watching children and pets when outside.
FIRE ZONE:
Our home is located in a Very High Fire Hazard Severity Zone
(VHFHSZ), smoking is not permitted in any exterior of the property.
NO SMOKING:
No smoking or burning candles. This is a non-smoking home. Any and all smoking should be kept outdoors at least 15 feet away from any exterior doors. There will be a $250 charge for anyone not honoring this guideline.
BACKYARD FENCING:
While we do have fencing around the entire neighborhood, please always keep an eye on your pets and children. Canyon critters don't find fencing to be a deterrent to them in our shared habitat.
