„The manager of the property was very polite and sympathetic to our situation as we were in from Houston to say goodbye to a relative who was dying. She did pass away during our stay there. It was comforting to know we didn't have to stress about our hotel stay. My parents have stayed here multiple times visiting family and we definitely will too. Kudos to your managers on 3/18-3/20/25. “

„we were first placed in a room that had a broken lamp, and a disconnected frayed wire to the second tv in the suite. This place has to be THE WORST place we have EVER stayed at. We've traveled extensively over the past few years and this was by far the worst. Very disappointed that Expedia even has it in their listings! No ice available except to take the ice bucket (no ice bucket existed in either room)to the front office, meaning a walk across the parking lot only to find that they didn't have ...
