„First time i have stopped at this hotel but it will not be the last really pleasant owners and staff lovely big room and on suit bathroom and great breakfast at a nice price. Plus it has it own pub.“

„This is a splendid old house, bang next to Dryburgh Abbey, which is a magical place. The hotel has character, the staff are lovely, and the rooms large, if a little old-fashioned. The bed was very comfortable. Only the food in the restaurant-bar was slightly disappointing, particularly as one of us is vegetarian, which made the choice very limited. We would still love to return.“

„Staff and food were very good but stay was let down by a few niggles. I had booked a table for dinner but there was no record of it when I arrived. I had also asked for a room with a walk in shower but didn't get it. The biscuits on the tea tray were the smallest pieces of shortbread I have seen made worse by having no biscuits at all on my second night. The tea bags had not been replenished and why leave 3 cartons of long life milk for 2 people? I have stayed in many hotels with my dog and this ...

„We stoped when Scottland football was on so the place was buzzing Lovely lovely folks had a evening meal there which was fab Pie and mash Breakfast the next day was was great Highly recommend Going to book for next year Old building which you can see was loved Staff was more than helpful Plus you could have dog in your room with you 🐾🐾“
