There is a nice pool, huge patio area, and outdoor bathroom; the kitchen is well stocked with utensils, plates, pots and pans, etc. (note there is no bath soap/shampoo, so remember to bring your own). Location wise it's on a great beachfront, is only a short to the fish fry, is literally right next door to the onsite restaurant Splash and is only a 5 min drive to Georgetown.
