• This flat was advertised as Air-conditioned, however it had one small, portable AC and a fan that helped in the living room only.• The furniture, carpet, and rugs were tired, old and in need of replacement.We were there only 4-nights, and on two mornings, we had no hot water.• I called the Management company on the second no-hot water morning to raise my complaint, was asked to send them an email with the details, and was told that management would be in touch. I didn’t hear a word from them, and when I told this to the Building manager, he told me that the complaint to the Agency should have come to him, but that he had heard nothing.The Building Manager was very nice and accommodating. As we were departing, he acknowledged the troubled we had encountered and offered to provide a discount if we returned in the future. I suggested that a refund of some amount from this displeasing stay was more appropriate. He promised to speak with his manager and to get back to me. It eleven days ago, and I have heard nothing.All of this aside, the building location was excellent.
