  • Dieses elegante Haus mit 3 Schlafzimmern liegt in einer Wohngegend, nur einen kurzen 15-minütigen Spaziergang vom lebhaften Brixton Village und gerade mal 2 Minuten vom nächsten Bahnhof (Loughborough Junction) entfernt. Das Haus verfügt über ein Super-King-Size-Bett von Vi-Spring im chinesischen Schlafzimmer, ein Doppelbett im „Green Room“ und zwei Einzelbetten im Zweibettzimmer – alle mit äußerst bequemen Matratzen und Deckenventilatoren zur Kühlung. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über großzügige Sessel und ein Sofa sowie einen iMac, den du nutzen kannst. Es grenzt direkt an das Esszimmer/die Küche, die mit einem großen Rangemaster-Induktionsherd und einem Kühl-Gefrierkombination ein kulinarischer Traum ist – die Arbeitsplatten bestehen aus marmoriertem Granit. Öffne die 3 Meter breiten Flügeltüren, um deine Mahlzeiten drinnen oder draußen zu genießen, zünde den Komando-Grill an und entspanne dich mit einem Kinoprojektor und Apple TV. Optional steht ein Parkplatz in der Einfahrt zur Verfügung (je nach Verfügbarkeit und gegen eine zusätzliche Gebühr von 15 £ pro Tag – bitte vor der Ankunft buchen.)

    Alle drei Schlafzimmer sind mit Deckenventilatoren ausgestattet, die die Räume sehr gut kühlen. Außerdem haben wir einen leistungsstarken Dyson-Ventilator für zusätzliche Kühlung im Wohn-/Essbereich.

Great place for a family stay. We accommodated 6 persons of 3 generations very well although handling stairs is necessary. The onsite laundry was a blessing. Bus stops were convenient.

Absolutely a 5-star stay. Galina was very accommodating in our travel needs. Her home was well appointed with everything we could possibly need, as well as the most comfortable beds and linens. The back patio with space to eat and enjoy the koi pond was an extra bonus that we enjoyed so much! We could not recommend this charming home in a quiet neighborhood more highly. We can’t wait to come again!

This was in a quiet location, which is nice after being out in crowded London all day site seeing. The walk to Brixton station was about 15 minutes, which is the transportation we took most. It was pretty easy to get to any London location. The rooms were comfortable - it was great having space for our family of four.

Perfect location with comfort

The accommodation were excellent. Location convenient to bus and tube which affords access to the major attractions. The location was very quiet, clean and comfortable certainly lived up to the description. Communication with Galia was easy and most accommodating. She would reach out at several points to see if all was well. Would highly recommend and rebook on our next trip to London.

Amazing!

This house is old world charm meets modern luxury. Every comfort, including heated floors, heated towel racks and even a wine fridge. Beautifully decorated and a short two block walk tot he train. Simply perfect! The owners greeted us with fresh flowers, and Easter chocolates and hot cross buns for the kids.

Perfect family vacation!

We could not have had a better stay at this beautiful home. We had a family of 6 including 2 kids and we were perfectly comfortable. The home has everything needed and more. Extremely comfortable with a lovely backyard space which we enjoyed. The hosts were generous with their time and attention. They permitted us to check in early (we arrived early morning with 2 tired kids) and were prompt in answering questions. Highly recommend this lovely home.

We enjoyed our stay at this home. It is immaculately decorated. The back garden was lovely as well. We thought there was a hot tub, but it is really at outdoor fish pond. The house had everything we needed. Easy check in and Check out, short walk to Loughborough Station on Thameslink Trains.

Gorgeous house

Key pad is awesome. So much space! Kids were in heaven. They loved the indoor/outdoor space and koi pond. It was their first time visiting London and yet they couldn’t wait to get back to the house everyday. We traveled with two seniors and a 3 & 6 year old. So much space for everyone. Transit was just around the corner, as well as coffee shops and fantastic local pub. Perfect place to call home for the week!

This is a comfortable, spacious, and beautifully appointed home with comfortable beds, a lovely garden and very responsive and flexible hosts. Everything was very clean. We appreciated arriving to some bottles of water and coffee, as well as helpful suggestions for how to get to attractions. Transport to the city was quick when heading along the ThamesLink line (ca 20-30 minutes). There are also buses, which take a bit long (45-60 minutes), but allow for accessing more destinations directly, as well as the underground. We stayed there with kids aged 10-13, which worked great. They especially liked watching TV on the huge projector screen. (I might be nervous about very young children damaging the nice furniture and decorations.) I do recommend carefully checking the door code before check-in, as I was confused by the difference between the code sent directly by the host and that in the PDF summary, though the hosts responded quickly when my confusion arose. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, but there was more environmental noise than I expected from the nearby train tracks and flight path overhead. Apart from these two minor issues, it was an excellent home with dependable hosts, thus a rental that I would confidently recommend to other travelers.

A beautiful home with many upgrades- neighborhood has a negative reputation though

We enjoyed our stay thoroughly; the host, Galya, was responsive and considerate! The home has many modern appliances and amenities, with a local grocery and convenience shop around the corner. Unfortunately, there was no hot tub, as listed, and the neighborhood has a negative reputation. However, we would stay there again because the customer service was excellent and the home amenities were top- notch.

Graduation Trip

Property is just as described. Host was very easy to communicate with. There is no true air conditioning, but closing the drapes during the day and using the ceiling fans at night helped cool the house immensely. Super cute with everything you need.
