✔Lockout Call-Out Fee: If the guest locks themselves out of the apartment during their stay, a call-out fee of £100 will be charged for the assistance provided to gain entry. This fee covers the cost of the service call and any related expenses.



✔Strictly prohibited to have wild events and large gatherings at this apartment.
