This lovely new build detached bungalow has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms - one is an ensuite shower room. The property is behind gates and has a decked front garden area with seating. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need to cook up a feast. We have an electric hob, oven and have recently added an airfryer. There is also a kettle and toaster. Parking is on street, free every evening until morning and all weekend. There are streets nearby for further parking options which are free at all times. Its approximately a 7 min walk to Streatham Common train station for trains direct to London Victoria and London Bridge. I have a couple of serviced properties and really enjoy being a host. I have recently upgraded all of the bed linen at this property and painted the living room a stunning teal colour. Check in is super simple - We have a lockbox and the code will be sent to you on check in day.
