It is an annex flat and so there is a tiny shared hallway at the front but both flats are completely self contained and have their own lockable front doors so there are no shared spaces. House Rules:
- Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 10am.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the property but there's a covered front porch outside.
- There is free parking down the side-road and doesn't require a permit or visitor pass.
- Pets are allowed at the property provide they are house trained and won't make too much noise barking etc. The flat isn't large enough to leave a dog in for a long period of time alone.
- Please be mindful that this is a residential area so please keep noise to a minimum late at night.
