This two-bedroom apartment is situated in the idyllic area of Notting Hill. The property is also just 0.2 miles from Notting Hill Gate Underground Station making this property the perfect location for your stay in London.

This beautiful Lower Ground Floor Apartment in West London can comfortably accommodate up to four people. The smoke-free property features a living room, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, and a separate WC.

The living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa which can be used as a double sofa bed, a dining table and a Smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and includes all the cooking utensils and a Nespresso Coffee , Machine with a Milk Frother that you could need when preparing a quick snack or your evening dinner, the kitchen also includes an instant hot tap for ease of making hot drinks.

The bright bedrooms are equipped with two double-size beds with one of the double beds converting into two single beds if needed and with bathrooms equipped with large shower trays and overhead showers.

This flat is located conveniently near the Notting Hill stop. Due to the high temperatures, sleeping was uncomfortable with no air conditioning and no ability to open windows. The cleaning was not up to par - some hair on the door frames and in the bathrooms. I asked for an early check-in days before and was willing to pay more only for the apartment to be filled the day before we arrived. There is a dryer in the flat but it doesn't dry clothes - they stayed damp. There also was a Nespresso machine but they did not provide pods. The sleeping arrangements worked for our family - a sofa bed for our youngest and the two bedrooms were good.

Overall the flat was lovely and easy to get to. The property manager was responsive. The place was clean and well stocked. My only issue was that I felt like I had to pay for things like and extra blanket which could be provided for free at a hotel.

Location was great ... very close to Kensington Park, the 94 bus line and a tube station. Convenient for Regents Street, West End and other stuff. It was a "basement" flat so stayed cool when it got hot outside. Very spacious for 5 of us, and a full kitchen so we were able to cook and stash snacks and beer. I'd stay here again.

The appliances are very sophisticated/modern. As such, it would have been helpful to have instructions on how to operate the stove and also the faucet in the kitchen. Additional lighting in the living room would have been nice and less furniture, which is crammed into that room seemingly without thought or real purpose. Bigger TV is needed as well. It would have been nice to control the heat -- it got very cold at times. Lastly, this is a basement apartment so there was heavy footed walking above at times. Location is excellent.
