"Wir haben 2x ein Studiozimmer für 3 Personen gebucht, welches von der Größe vollkommen gereicht hat. Die Lage ist für London sehr zentral, um alles zu besichtigen und hat mit der Waterloo und Westminster Station zwei U-Bahn Verbindungen in der Nähe (fußläufig max. 10 min) um überall hinzukommen. Wir haben das Hotel für ein Spiel Wochenende genutzt für ein Fußballspiel am Samstag in Fullham, sowie ein NFL-Spiel in Wembley, sowie am Abend zum Pubs zu besuchen etc. Einzig ein kleiner Kritikpunkt gab es, dass das Personal einmal komisch reagiert hat, als wir angereist sind und insgesamt 8 Gepäckstücke verstauen musste, bis die Zimmer fertig waren. Ansonsten war das Personal in allen Belangen sehr hilfstbereit und zuvorkommend."

"Great Location and Always Worth Staying I always love staying at this property. The location is fantastic — just a short walk from Leicester Square, Piccadilly Circus and Chinatown. Oxford Street is only around 10 minutes away, as is Regent Street, and there are several nearby Underground stations, making it super convenient to get around London. I would definitely recommend staying here! A few things to keep in mind: -Check-in: Unfortunately, early check-in wasn’t possible for us, so be prepared to wait until the official check-in time. (Self-check-in counter) - Luggage storage: You have two options: **You can leave your luggage with the staff for £15 per bag ** or use the self-service luggage lockers on the basement level. I believe these cost around £20 for a medium locker and £25 for a large one - Hairdryer: There isn’t one in the room, but you can find one in the beauty room on the third floor - Towels: Only large towels are provided, you can ask for the small one I guess Big plus: The basement level has a nice area where you can hang out while waiting for check-in, which is really convenient if you arrive early Overall, I would happily stay here again. The location alone makes it a great choice for exploring London!"
