Villa GARDA - POOL - LAKE VIEW

Villa Garda is a large property of ancient construction, expertly renovated maintaining its rural characteristics, with a chic touch.

The swimming pool, always sunny, is set in an enviable park, immersed in the tranquility of the hill.

On the ground floor the spacious living area and the large kitchen overlooking the porch make the accommodation convivial, and even larger families will be able to enjoy their time together in maximum comfort.

It can accommodate up to 12 people in 4 bedrooms on the first floor, each with private bathroom + a family attic (composed of double bedroom + twin bedroom + large lining / games area), with 1 bathroom.

In case of people with needs, the house is equipped with a lift.

Ground Floor:

The large living area is divided into a living room and TV area, with a large sofa. The dining area, which merges with a cozy relaxation area and fireplace, is connected to the kitchen, fully equipped and perfect for preparing delicious dishes to be enjoyed in the large outdoor patio with a table for 12.

First floor:

The 4 bedrooms, all with private bathrooms, offer elegance and comfort.

Two enjoy a wonderful lake view, two overlook a large terrace ideal for breezy summer evenings.

Second floor:

The entire floor, simpler in finishes but spacious and private compared to the rest of the house, has two bedrooms with shared bathroom, a large living area with sofas, the laundry room with washing machine and dryer available. This area is particularly suitable for a small family that needs privacy, or for young people who want to create a small refuge from the rest of the group.

The area where the house is located is ideal as a starting point for visiting the entire lake but also, and above all, for those planning to visit the nearby cities (Verona, Mantua, Brescia and Bergamo are about half an hour / an hour away, Venice 1.5 hours), given the proximity to the Desenzano del Garda motorway exit.

I will be personally available for questions, requests or information. I always try to respond promptly to my guests, so that they have a comfortable holiday and I am available 24/7 for emergencies.

However, to maintain an acceptable quality of life and family relationships, I kindly ask you to forward your non-urgent questions during daytime hours, from 9 am to 8 pm.

The house has air conditioning in the bedrooms. The living area, being built in stone and exposed to the north, is cooler even in summer. However, please take into account the climate and temperatures characteristic of our area.
