☀ $75 charge for unauthorized late check-out with increments of $25 per hour
☀ Charge of up to $1500 + damage coverage for parties
☀ AC unit cannot be turned below 68 it will cause damage to the thermostat.
☀ Primary guest must be 25 years of age or older and present government-issued identification displaying a photo and birthdate.
☀ Fireplace is currently non-operational, so we didn't add it as part of amenities we offer.
☀ Under-age drinking in the house is strictly prohibited!
☀ It is not an ocean, it is a lake and there are several beaches within the area of the lake for those people staying at the lake as well as several pools that can be used.
☀ Strictly up to 14 guests only
☀ Guests are required to wear life jackets while using the paddle boat, kayaks, or paddle boards.
☀ Please note that this is a gated community. To ensure smooth entry, kindly provide guest lists in advance
☀ The beaches the golf course the clubhouse and the equestrian center are available to anybody who has access to the lake as this is a gated community
☀ There are two pool passes. But extra guest passes can be obtained. The house has a great water view.
☀ Check-in would be with the security guard at the gated entrance. There is plenty of parking in the House.
☀ Guest needs to inquire first before booking for stays more than 30 nights.
☀ Kayak is currently not available at the property.
