„The Lenno Residence offered us a spacious modern apartment. We enjoyed the huge terrace with deckchairs, sun umbrella and table, allowing for outside meals. (Room R22) The building is new, modern (including an elevator). The kitchenette is well stocked and offerns the basics in regards to appliances. (no microwave). „Stayed in this apartment hotel for 2 nights in Apr23. We spoilt the hair dryer before we checked out, but could not inform the office as we checked out very early in the morning and the office was closed. The next day, I received an email informing us that they charged CHF500 to my credit card for spoiling the hair dryer and the TV. This is ridiculous.
