Communication excellent. Instead of a 130cm wide bed upstais with balcony aganst which I complained we got a larger apartment with 200x200 cm wide beds. Apartment comfortable, staff did everything to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. A little far away from railway station, buses in the morning run seldom. You only get bathing towels, no additional towels for hand and face. Howver, the managers solved the problem. Huge glass tables in the living room, but nothing to protect the table. The managers have to think about this. Dirty pots should be removed.

The servis staff in restaurant were very competent, helpful and frendly. I enjoyed the dinner and the time very much. And the staff of reception and spa were also competent and frendly. My room was 6F. The view was pretty good, but the whole windows were dirty, unfortunarely. I'd be happier with clean ones. And my room telephon did kotvwork to call reception.
