"Francesco and Melissa were great hosts in this stunning house. They gave us loads of information on where to go during the days and where to eat in the evenings (excellent restaurant every time). The breakfast was nice and beautifully prepared, like everything else they did (attention to detail was perfect). The room was unbelievable for the price, a huge bedroom, a bathroom bigger than my living room and a massive outside area on the roof with an outdoor shower, which we loved."

"We thought the host was exceptional. Very friendly and helpful. Wanting to please and help any way she could. We had to arrive late and she waited for us to arrive. Our room was very clean as was the bathroom. She did offer to wash up some clothes for us as we are traveling on the road. I did notice the laundry as one of the amenities however to us that means an available washed and dryer to use. Understanding now here in Italy that means a washing machine and hang to dry. "It’s located a few kilometres away from Massafra city centre. As we had a rental car with us, it was very easy for us to get there. The area is very quiet and safe. The property has several types of room. This b & b seems to be quite open for a couple and family. We stayed in the double room. It’s very spacious and clean. The wifi was very weak. "Excellent location for the beaches at Punta Prosciutto but you do need a car. Accommodation is basic but very clean and for £50 a night is a bargain. We stayed in 4 locations in Puglia and samana had by far the best breakfast. Simone who runs the place was friendly and helpful. Would stay there again. "
