This spacious 3 bedroom house sleeps up to 5 guests and is located within easy reach of central Liverpool. The property boasts a large fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room, 3 comfortable bedrooms, a family bathroom, WiFi throughout and all the amenities needed for up to 5 guests to enjoy a comfortable stay in Liverpool.

This bright and spacious 3 bedroom home has been finished to a high standard with comfortable furnishings and modern appliances throughout. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook your own meals at home, as well as a separate dining area with large dining table. The living room features 2 large sofas and smart TV, with large windows that bathe the room in light. The property also benefits from a private garden and terrace that guests can make use of. There is high speed broadband throughout the house. There are 3 bedrooms (2 double, 1 single), all featuring comfortable beds made up with crisp hotel linen, as well as storage space for clothes. There's a modern family bathroom with a bath and showers as well as complimentary toiletries with fluffy towels for your use. The property also has free driveway parking, for those arriving by car.

Guests have sole access to the property for the duration of their stay.

Regular bus services to central Liverpool depart from Waterloo station, with a travel time of approximately 10 minutes. Alternatively, Sandhills Metro station is a 10-minute walk away, offering easy access to the city centre and surrounding areas.

If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable as a late check-in fee.
