„We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Live Oak Cottage with our 2 children (5&9). Everything was as advertised. The house is clean, spacious and up to date. The yard is beautiful with the fire pit and trees and bushes. Our kids loved the pool. We stayed on St Simon in mid April and the weather was perfect with 75-80F with a few chilly nights at the beginning so we added the pool heating and it was amazing. Almost like a spa. „This home was wonderful and located in a quiet, nice neighborhood. Unfortunately, we were not able to access the beach because there was about 3 feet of water at the bottom of the steps, so we had to load up the car and drive to a public beach. There were barnacles on the steps, so it was obvious water covers these often. It is frustrating to pay for a home on the beach and yet need to drive to enjoy the water. “

„The property is as described. Check-in and communication was excellent throughout the entire process. I stayed for 2 nights with 3 dogs and the hospitality for all guests, 1 adult and 3 canines, was fantastic. Anyone should have full confidence when considering this property. “

„Great walking access to the beach, only couple of blocks away. Vehicle access to property is best if compact vehicles only. It is true, parking for two, but…if two vehicles, turning around to get back out is somewhat challenging. I submitted a few suggestions to help improve stay for next visitors, but we definitely enjoyed this small two bedroom, two bath property. Nothing fancy, I would visit again for sure!“

„The style of the property was really nice. Very conveniently located to shops amd restaurants and right across the street from the beach. What i did not like was the stains on the couch in our room amd rhe restaurant food was not the best. The waitresses and entertainment were great but food not so much.
