„Cutest little house in the woods. We enjoyed the hot tub under the stars, and the very comfortable bed. It was quiet and relaxing in this home, and it was so nice to have the essentials provided (like coffee, sugar, creamer, garbage bags, paper towels, detergent). Very close to the brewery, and to the center of town. “

„We stayed at Perched in the Trees to celebrate our anniversary. It was perfect! Such a lovely retreat that feels so far away and secluded, but is close to great food and attractions. We were especially impressed with our takeout dinner (the crab cakes were delicious!) from Jimmy Joy’s, which we enjoyed eating on the screened porch. „this was a great getaway. hubby wanted to fish and the river is right there...he caught catfish and bass. I relaxed in the fresh air, didn't get humid until the morning we left.great communication from Brandi, very clean. we didn't cook there but it seemed well stocked.we hope to come back again. nice and secluded on the back porch!“

„Our family spent a couple days at the cabin and had a great time. The cabin location was great… a quick drive to downtown and walking distance to the pool and brewery/restaurant. The cabin itself was very nice and had everything we needed.“

„This cabin is really cute, though it isn't large - there seems to be room for a lot because of how well it was designed. It was super quiet, clean, and very comfortable. Lots of little details made it special. We enjoyed the (new?) hot tub on the deck, and found the beds to be very comfortable. The showers and bath tubs were all nice and clean.There was everything we wanted in the kitchen. Close enough to drive to PawPaw or Cacapon for hiking or kayaking. But also just perfect for disconnecting, relaxing and enjoying the the show the sky puts on every evening!“

Ramp to front door, perfect for our elderly dog. Only thing the kids didn’t like was no internet at the cabin - would have to go to the spa to have internet. Sliding glass door to balcony with chairs was a plus.“

„This property exceeded our expectations. This was a perfect summer cabin, absolutely fabulous decor throughout, so many cozy hangout spaces for our group of 8. We never felt crowded, and especially enjoyed the game area and enclosed porch. We brought kayaks and tubes for the river, and did the Paw Paw Tunnel Trail (highly recommend!). We did have one issue with the property but our host was quick to resolve. Definitely would recommend. “
