Guest Access:

The entire home and access to the 26 acres of nature is included in this rental so make yourself at home.



PLEASE NOTE: To get to the Nest, guests will need to walk down a gravel/mulch path that is on a slight decline...incline on the way back up. If you are only stable walking on flat surfaces, it may be difficult to get to and from the Nest.



PLEASE NOTE that we have a 2nd home on the property that is also available to rent called Ridgeview. There may be guests there during your stay. The Nest is about fifty feet down the path from the main house. They are far enough apart and oriented in such a way that privacy for all is maintained. The Nest rear deck is partially visible from areas of the main house. If for whatever reason guests at Ridgeview are making your stay anything less than peaceful, please contact us and we will see to it that they respect your quiet enjoyment of the property.



There is also plenty of dedicated parking for each home, including an EV charging station for each home.

This stunning property is in Berkeley Springs, WV, in the heart of the Appalachian Mountains. It is a charming small town known for its natural beauty, historic appeal, and soothing mineral springs. Often called "America's First Spa," it has been a destination for relaxation and rejuvenation since colonial times, with its healing waters drawing visitors for centuries. The town's centerpiece, Berkeley Springs State Park, still offers the same natural mineral baths George Washington once enjoyed himself.



Known by many as “The Austin of the East”, Berkeley Springs boasts a vibrant arts scene with numerous galleries, antique shops, and local craft stores. Explore the Museum of the Berkeley Springs to dive into the town's rich history, or take a scenic hike through Cacapon State Park, where breathtaking mountain views and outdoor activities like hiking, fishing, and golfing await.

Getting Around:

Unless you own a helicopter, I recommend getting around by car or preferably SUV. The last ½ mile or so are on a single-lane gravel road. In the winter, AWD is highly recommended. The home is beautiful in the snow, but getting there through the snow without AWD is not.



Other Things to Note:

We're currently building something special on our 26-acre property - a brand-new micro-resort that we can't wait to share! Construction is located a good distance away from the home, so it should not be disruptive to your stay. However, depending on the work taking place that day, you may occasionally hear some construction noise in the distance. We want to be fully transparent so there are no surprises while you're here.

Please note you will be asked to sign a brief rental agreement after booking with photo ID. This is required in order to confirm your reservation.



Cleaning & Sanitization

- Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.



Not Pets Allowed

- We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable for accommodating them.



No Smoking Inside

- Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning.



No Parties/Events

- We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. The minimum age to book is 25 years old.

You'll need a car to get here, and an SUV or vehicle with good ground clearance works best. The final half-mile is on a single-lane gravel road that can be bumpy. In wet weather the road gets muddy, and in winter it may be slippery. AWD is recommended during these conditions
