Erholsame Tage !!!

Das Appartement ist sehr sauber und ordentlich. Alle notwendigen Utensilien in der gut ausgestatteten Küche sind vorhanden.Das Haus befindet sich ein einer guten Lage. Auch ohne Auto, gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und zum Strand dauert es fussläufig etwa 15-20 Minuten ( zum Zentrum ebenfalls). Mit einem Tagestticket, kann man die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel, günstig nutzen. Auch die Anbindung nach Lissabon, Sintra umd Estoril ist Super. Die Gastgeber sind mega nett und stehen für Fragen und Tipps zur Verfügung.Wir hatten sehr schöne 12 Tage in Cascais und Umgebung verbracht und werden sehr gerne wieder kommen. Das Haus haben wir genauso wie in der Anzeige beschrieben vorgefunden. 10 von 10 !!! Vielen Dank für die schönen Ferien.

Klasse Appartement - sehr gute Lage

Alles war sehr unkompliziert und einfach. Die Lage ist sehr gut und man erreicht alles zu Fuß. Das Appartement selber ist sehr groß, sauber und ordentlich. Wir können es nur jedem weiterempfehlen:)

Beautiful property

Gorgeous property - everything was impeccable- hosts were so gracious as I had an injury and was with a foot cast and they offered to drive us to the grocery store upon arrival. Despite my injury, very easy to walk into town and the beaches and marina - would love to stay again! Thank you!

Cascais Beach Getaway

The ‘villa’ met all our needs with more than enough space for 4 adults and two children. Communication was excellent and can’t thank Maria Jose and Fernando enough for helping us arrange transfers with Top Ten Tours both arrival and departure. The transfers were excellent. So nice to have 3 bathrooms with plenty of towels and lovely bed linens. The kitchen was well equipped and so appreciated the beach towels, umbrellas and cart. Fernando met us personally and showed us all the details and was there to send us off on departure. The Villa was at a dead end street and felt very safe and secure with locked gates and access. We used many of the restaurant recommendations. Everyone had a wonderful time and would recommend the villa for families or several couples. It was very relaxing and so very clean. Thank you for having us! We left with so many great memories! Our grandchildren will miss “Rio”.

Excellent place with high standard for larger family

Very good place with high standard. All interior spaces are spotless and perfect. Could not be more comfortable or convenient. The host Fernando is extremely helpful and assisted with all our queries. All in perfect English. The only thing I can think of to improve the property is a slight upgrade of the outdoor furniture, to bring it up to the same high level as everything indoors. Would definitely stay here again if we go back to Cascais.

Viaggio in Portogallo 2022

Siamo tornati ieri da un viaggio in Portogallo ed abbiamo soggiornato a Cascais. L'appuntamento che abbiamo affittato è fantastico, Bellissimo, pulitissimo, non mancava niente , curato nei minimi particolari . Situato in un buon punto, dista dal centro di Cascais e dal mare circa 5 minuti a piedi...insomma tutto perfetto. Esperienza da ripetere sicuramente.

Wonderful Stay!

You can't go wrong if you book this property. Fernando and Maria Jose are amazing hosts and cater to your every need. My son and friends stayed last week and had the most incredible time. The location is terrific -- you can walk to everything, and the apartment is beautiful. Don't hesitate to rent this one!

Great location, charming city, wonderful hosts

We enjoyed our stay in Cascais in this newly renovated home. Fernando and Maria were very responsive to our requests for kitchen items, and quickly replaced a coffee pot that died. The house was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen and the home had plenty of storage and nice, modern appliances. The neighborhood was quiet and very safe. The only down side was that sometimes we had to park a ways from the house. The downtown area and train station were both a ten minute walk down the hill. We would stay here again.

A home from home in Cascais

We found the property light, airy and comfortable. Everything is very clean and fresh and new. Facilities all excellent. Well stocked kitchen, great showers in the bathrooms, comfortable beds. Well positioned for easy access to the town and shops and beach. The owners were extremely friendly and helpful. We definitely hope to return there in the near future.

Property had been recently refurbished. It is light and airy with plenty of space.

We were greeted by the owner who explained how everything worked. Our first overall impression was how spotless it was and how friendly the owner and his wife were. Nothing was too much trouble and they walked the extra mile to help us when we had problems. Overall the property is wonderful. The reason for four stars is the problem for one of our party who had difficulty walking and the state of the cobbled pavements caused difficulties. These are standard in the Lisbon area. The property and it's lovely owners, taken on it's own merit, deserve the full five stars.

Merci à Mr et Mme Cruz accueil avec beaucoup de gentillesse ils sont adorable tous les deux avons été accueillis avec beaucoup d égard appart tt neuf clair beau agréable ne manque rien cuisine fonctionnelle tous était parfait très propre chaque chambre à sa salle de bain et toilette hyper pratique mes amis et moi avons adorés il y a toujours 1 bmolle le bruit des chiens aux alentours et les travaux momentanés qu ils y avaient en face de la maison, route tt prêt avec circulation sinon les commerces sont à 10 à 15 MN a pieds hyper pratique proche du centre un grand merci a la famille Cruz je vs recommande ce chaleureux appart et si je dois retourner à Cascais se sera dans cette location merci à vs

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans cette location, qui est très plaisante et très pratique grâce notamment aux 3 salles d'eau. Le linge est fourni en abondance et l'équipement électroménager est très récent et complet. La terrasse est très appréciable et il a été fort agréable de prendre nos repas dehors. Le barbecue fourni nous a permis de faire des grillades, principalement de poissons, saumon et thon qu'on trouve à des prix très abordables au marché. Les propriétaires sont avenants et prévenants tout en restant extrêmement discrets ; ils ont tout fait pour rendre notre séjour aussi paisible que possible. Le voisinage est calme. Les supermarchés sont proches avec une grande plage d'ouverture. En résumé nous recommandons plus que chaudement cette location
