Historic charm, modern comfort

The apartment occupies the top floor of an 18th-century Lisbon building. It has been carefully renovated, keeping the original wooden beams and floors and adding a modern kitchen and bathroom, with eclectic décor and plenty of natural light.

Living and dining

The spacious, light-filled living room has a lounge area with oversized cushions, an LED TV with cable channels and a Marshall sound system (Bluetooth or aux). Step onto the balcony for a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine over the rooftops.

Kitchen

The open kitchen has everything you need to cook: fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, blender, good knives and all the cooking basics.

Guest access

You'll have the whole apartment to yourself, including the balcony. Self check-in with a smart lock means you can arrive at any time; I'll send you the code before your stay. Paid street parking is available in the surrounding streets.

Interaction with guests

I'm a message or a call away throughout your stay, whether it's for restaurant tips or help in an emergency. On arrival you'll find a personal guidebook with my favourite sights, viewpoints and places only locals know.

Other things to note

• Check-in from 15:00, check-out by 11:00. Early or late check-in is often possible, just ask.

• The apartment is on the 4th floor of a traditional building with no lift. The stairs can be tiring with heavy luggage and may be difficult for guests with reduced mobility.

• The original wooden floors carry sound, so please keep noise down, especially with children and after 22:00, out of respect for the neighbours below.

• No smoking, no pets, no parties or events.
