I stayed here for 11 nights in August 2025 with my family, and the experience was far below the “premium” standard advertised. The shower button was non functional and kept falling off. Lighting was so dim that evenings were uncomfortable, yet Homing refused to fix it, saying the owner “doesn’t want to”. At check-in, we received an inadequate number of towels for three guests over 11 nights, and only after repeated requests did they finally bring more, something that should have been done without arguing with us.
The dishwasher initially appeared broken due to a hidden switch somewhere in the kitchen with no indication or instructions. Communication throughout was poor: replies were slow, defensive, and dismissive. When I called, one staff member named Mafalda even said “the only do what the law tells us to do”, which tells you everything about their culture.
Homing offered in writing a €250 refund (equivalent to one night) for the issues, yet six weeks after checkout, it still hasn’t been paid despite numerous follow ups. My security deposit was also delayed for four weeks and returned only after I chased repeatedly.
Overall, this is not a premium experience, it’s a management company with unprofessional and rude members of staff doing the absolute bare legal minimum while calling it service. I strongly recommend avoiding Homing at all costs to save yourselves from hassle, disappointment and frustration.
