We never experienced something like that. The Internet was absolutely weak and the connection got constantly interrupted. The door to the bathroom got blocked on the second day and had to be repaired. (Not so easy to reach someone from the non-existing reception). The towels were NOT renewed after the third day, so we had to send again an E-Mail. Our question concerning keeping the lugage for some hours after our checkout didn´t get any answer. What a bad experience, what a horrible place.
