The living space features a lovely sitting area where guests can relax while watching TV after exploring the city. There is also a dining table where guests can enjoy their meals together.

The kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socializing while cooking. It includes essential cookware and cutlery for making delicious meals. A washing machine and a dishwasher are available.

The private bedroom is modernly decorated, and it includes a comfortable double bed, air conditioning and storage spaces. The ensuite bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

There is also a lovely balcony where guests can enjoy the sunlight and a bit of fresh air.

The streets come alive and stay vibrant until late, so expect plenty of energy and excitement throughout the night! This is the perfect spot for those who want to be right in the heart of the action!

This historic street connects the bustling Chiado district with Cais do Sodré, making it an ideal spot for visitors to immerse themselves in Lisbon's charm. Nearby, you'll find iconic landmarks such as Praça Luís de Camões and the famous Elevador da Bica, both showcasing the city's rich cultural heritage. Just a short walk away is the riverside promenade along the Tagus River, where you can enjoy scenic views and relaxing strolls. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro and train station, Cais do Sodré, is just a 4-minute walk, and the Baixa-Chiado is a 6-minute walk.

Humberto Delgado Airport is a 25-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Please note: A rental contract must be signed online prior to your arrival. We will not be able to provide your check-in instructions until the contract is signed.
