Welcome to my apartment!

You will find a comfy sofa and a flat-screen TV in the bright living room. There is also a dining table available if you wish to dine in.

The kitchen is equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to cook a delicious meal, including an electric stove, an oven, and a microwave.

There are two bedrooms. The first bedroom is well-kept, with a king-size bed and a bright interior. The second bedroom is spacious and has a work desk and a convertible sofa bed for two people. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.

The bathroom has all the amenities you’ll need, such as a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and complimentary toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.

The apartment has been professionally cleaned and strategically sanitised for your health and safety.

Please note: The apartment is located on a lively street, so some noise may be heard at times.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Ajuda is a historic district home to some of the city's most iconic landmarks. The Belém Tower, Padrão dos Descobrimentos, Jerónimos Monastery, Sanctuary of Christ the King, and Centro Cultural de Belém are all located within the district, making it a must-visit for any traveller to Lisbon. The area is also home to the Ponte 25 de Abril, Museu de Marinha, and National Coach Museum, making it a veritable treasure trove of history and culture. And, of course, no visit to Ajuda would be complete without sampling the culinary delights of SUD Lisboa, Capricciosa, Churrasqueira do Marquês or Rui dos Pregos in Belém.

The nearest tram stops are Cç. Ajuda (GNR) and R. Bica Marquês - each at 5 minutes walk.

Rato and Campolide metro stations are just 5.6 and 6.1 km away, respectively. Sete-Rios train station is also just 6.4 km from the apartment, making exploring all Lisbon has to offer easy.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
