This is an amazing flat situated in Beato, relatively close to the touristic centre, is located on a 4th floor without elevator. Ideal for a couple, or a family with one child this apartment has an incredible view of the river and a great terrace to enjoy perfect sunsets in Lisbon!

The property features 1 bedrooms with a double bed, 1 bathroom, a living room equipped with a sofa bed for 1 person, a dining area and a flat-screen TV with cable and internet channels. Guests can prepare their own meals using the fully equipped kitchen. Alternatively guests can visit the various restaurants within walking distance and taste Portuguese or international specialities. You will have access to linen, towels, hairdryer, microwave, toaster, fan (summer) or heater (winter).

1) Check-in takes place at the flat from 15:00.

2) Check-out takes place until 11:00.



Please note that check-ins between:

8 pm - 9:59pm : a late check-in fee of 20€ will be charged

10 pm - 03 am : a late check-in fee of 30€ will be charged



At the time of check-out, guests must leave the flat relatively clean. Otherwise, we reserve the right to charge an extra cleaning fee of the same amount as the booking.
